LAMINATES
Individual wood veneers are prepared through a controlled cooking and cutting process to ensure their stability.

ASSEMBLY
The veneers are carefully assembled, ensuring that the fibers of each veneer are strategically oriented to optimize the strength and mechanical properties of the final product.

PRESSING AND GLUING
The assembled veneers are placed in a press with special adhesives. We apply controlled heat and pressure to ensure a strong and durable bond between the veneers.

DIMENSIONAL CUTTING
Once the glue has completely cured, the laminates are cut to specific dimensions according to customer requirements.

FINISHING
Finally, the plywood and laminates undergo a finishing process as needed, to refine the finished products and classify them correctly.
